This is a simple glitch and i was sick of seeing people trying to rip you off for it . It was discovered by a team of summoning tanks and has been leaked so most people know it anyway.
you will still be for example 20+8 and your combat level will not go up until you summon the pouch, this is perfect if you want to ep in level 1 wildy, once someone attacks you just summon the pouch and your combat level goes up

I'm not sure if my method is same as everyone elses but it has been kept quiet for some time.
I will sell you a copy of this guide for only 3$ or a pin, i am happy to go first to anyone with over 5 vouches.
