    I highly doubt it will work for me. Mine was MADE in the US, but I used a Canadian address so I didn't have to verify my account. If you'd like to try I can, but I don't think it will work.

    Are you trying to buy an app from the itunes store for an i phone? If you are, then how are you using paypal to buy it? I only think you can use a CC.

    No, PayPal is legit. Go to Store > View account > Edit Payment Info > and check Paypal.
