old peeps Ban evading?

A broken man had reported me for a scam 3 years ago that i had pardoned.
Today i was supposed to get my decision but he decided to blame my childhood friend @bmba saying that I am ban evading. @Island decided to ban me saying that i am ban evading without any reasoning. In my pardon i stated that when they asked me about Bmba account, i said he is my childhood friend.
Now i get a ban and my pardon is ruined because he reports me stating im ban evading? The guy is in dubai and im in UK. I am currently studying here and will be going to dubai in a week or so. This is complete bullshit and There is no valid reason for this. The guy is my childhood best friend and my current best friend. Is it really an issue if i got him into trading before All these started?
I share everything with the guy. I had proofs of me talking to him and asking him if he has some gp. way before i got into this bullshit.

This is so unfair. just because my pardon decision is coming today he is doing this to get me out of the market.
The guy has good connection and is just trying to get me out of the market because i take alot of his customers.

How mad i am? Im super mad. This isnt fair. I would like an admin to view this, I have been trading honestly since i made my account. I did scam in 2015 for 7.5$ and i did get punished enough for it even thought he refunded his money and that time and i did pay him again 9$.
I wouldn't want my pardon to get affected because of this retard. I may be talking rudely but the guy doesn't deserve respect. I dont need to ban evade when I am trading while having a NMU.
I want this resolved as this isnt fair in anyway.

Bmba is my IRL best friend and tbh this is all happening because Broken man knew that my pardon is about to come so he decided its for the best to report me again and make my pardon take longer.
In my pardon thread: Old peeps pardon Wortel asked me if i was Bmba i told him he is my real life friend. I was also asked if i had any other account and i told him i am not sure as the only ones i remember were "one shot" and "dirty score". I told him i have no clue what else happened and i am ready to repay everyone else.
Now back to our topic regarding ABM, he has been targeting me and wanting me out of the market for as much as possible for some reason? maybe cause i am getting many customers where i had 80 vouches in around 3 months of time. I dont understand how mods just reply to him the second he posts a report against me and take action without researching or atleast looking into my pardon thread?

now lets go to the fact that all he is doing is bullying me. Now is that fair? I am not sure if i can report him for this but he really deserves to get punished for it. Using everything against me to keep me out of the market and bullying me just cause i am doing a good job in this site? Is this in anyshape or form allowed or fair?

He is using every method to put salt on my wound. I have already been out of business for over a week now for scamming 7.5$ before 3 years. After getting 80vouches in so many different platforms in this site. I lost over 120$ in possible profits in this time and he is still reporting me saying im ban evading and succeeding for some reason? Did i do wrong bring a person to this platform once again? Bmba my childhood friend, we are so close we even share facebook passwords. The guy is literally my bestfriend and yet i got banned while im in UK and he is in Dubai. Now this doesnt make any sense.

For the last part i would like to show some chats in the previous days of us discussing pricing, how much should he donate to sythe and him asking to buy some gp of me to resell.
