Well I bought a windows 10 key from my college. I am not able to refund it, I way overpaid at 200$ but I didn't have many options at the time.
I'm no longer building a pc as I live in the far northern artic and it's not going to be cost viable for me at the time.
I know everyone is selling these really cheap, I'm willing to match their offers as I really don't have any way to sell this. I will provide email and can forward the receipt and such.
