From this thread this bloke claims zone scammed a number of his accounts, and 3 out of 4 profiles have hauntings name.

It appears that they are different people, also in the link you reported, the haunting accounts were scammed from the victim, so they seem to be the victim's accounts. Let me know if you get more proof though
