Hattez sig ban dispute

Reason for ban: Using @LoLAccounts picture he posted on sythe.

@LoLAccounts publicly posted the picture on sythe.org I believe he surrendered any right to the picture as his personal property. Once posted online it's anyone's who wants to copy/paste it. I didn't go searching for this pic either. I didn't track down his facebook or anything. I was linked it via discord from the thread faces of sythe. I have not defaced it in any way. @LoLAccounts has admitted he found the sig funny and wasn't offended by it at all. He was approached by a mod who had an axe to grind. Man I must have rustled his panties pretty hard.

I didn't have an axe to grind. I do have a replica of Gimli's axe though.

Someone reported you so I approached LoLAccounts regarding whether or not you had his permission to use his photo.

Though it is a public pic, he claims comedic effect is in its own way offensive. I agree. However, had I known he was okay with it originally, I wouldn't have banned you.

In the future, it's best to just avoid these situations. Leave the trolling to the SF/Discord, not your profile.
