Account email changed & password

I discovered that such thread exists and want to therefore post an issue I have faced some time ago.

I had an account called RS07Pures. I tried to log on it and for some reason the password was said to be incorrect. When I have submitted "Forgot my password" it stated that my email address was incorrect as if someone else has changed it and it was not me for sure.

For the above reason I have created this account.

I would appreciate if I could regain access to the account since I had built on it some vouches and also had some chat logs which I might need for reference.
