Has vouches for GFX been allowed?

I haven't really been following the news much, I was just reading the "Do not suggest" list (http://www.sythe.org/suggestions/1445207-do-not-suggest-list-updated-15-july-2012-a.html) and I saw this:

- Sythe iPod app
- Troll section
- VIP forums.
- Vouches for GFX*
- Warez Section
- Vouch/post requirements to certain sections*

* = added in last update

as you can see it appears to say that vouches are now allowed for GFX, if this is the case please inform me, i'll be extremely happy. Sorry if this is annoying, just haven't been following Sythe news much lately, i'll try to catch up soon.

Vouches for GFX is not allowed mate.

 

Do not suggest pretty much means it will never get added. Now its on there so you can guess whats up.

 

You are only allowed to recommend people for their work. To vouch for a GFX, a no.

 

No it is not allowed you may ask for recommendations though.

 

You can't vouch for GFX, no. You can instead, recommend.
Basically saying vouching for GFX was just recently added to the DNS list.
