He scammed from me a diablo 3 cd key. then just loged Im contacting blizzard and trying to get this key back.

 

Why would you go first to anyone? There are plenty of MM's on the forum.
Anyway if you want to get him banned go make a scam report.

Report him. Make sure to get a middle man when conducting large trades. + You're only going to get yourself in trouble by talking like you are, we're online so the tough talk isn't going to accomplish anything. Good luck getting him banned!
