Binding Pker Scams me sort of...

Ok so i bought an account off of binding pker and i only played it 30 mins then next day i went to beach didnt touch my computer i check the account today and it is banned so then he admits he botted and etc he said he would pay me back an extra 10mil i just finished my appeal to try to get unbanned on my sythe account i asked for a simple vouch since this is our 2nd trade and it would help my appeal then he deletes me and ignores me i just want the gold back. i dont want him banned i just want the gold
