You can fuck two afaik, one before the suicide mission, and choose another after
I chose miranda first, jack after.
I think you can sex Kelly without consequence... she won't interfere with other romances. But you have to be sure to flirt with her plenty before suicide mission.

Easier to just pay a hooker irl... -_-
