The use of nuclear weapons was a necessary evil done during a time of war; the terrorist attacks of September 11th were an act of aggression against the West by religious extremists.

I don't see the relevance.

That is why the twin towers (symbol of financial capital in America) and pentagon (Representation of America's army) were attacked, not churches, synagogues, Mormon, Buddhist, Hindu temples or any other religious place.

It wasn't in the name of religion only people who can't be bothered to look deeper than the media will think that, the attack was by Islamic nationals but it wasn't about Islam.

Similar to WW2 Japan used kamikaze pilots (suiciders) similar to this where the "terrorists" also can be seen as kamikaze pilots, they did the same thing took their lives for a bigger loss to their opposer. Both were an act of patriotism, rage, fear and injustice. Whether you see war or not it was there it wasn't over power and control it was already brewing over the oil industry in Iraq and other middle-eastern countries.

Similar to the US vs Japan the US bombed Japan out of fear because they believed they may lose. If the US was to lose they would have felt the same rage, fear, injustice and with their patriotism decided to nuke Japan. It was a cowardly act no matter how you look at it, the first one was an act of fear and the second was just a cowardly act. They killed thousands of people and affected the lives of hundreds of thousands and many in the US still claim 9/11 to be the worst attack in human history.

Don't say its an attack over religion because it isn't. It was an act in a raging war which had been going on where the media couldn't exploit it.

Same as it was for Japan and America

Also note this down pearl harbour attacked soldiers who were armed and had volunteered for the war and knew the consequences of doing so whereas the nuke hit civilians not soldiers who at the time weren't all for the war and had never signed up their lives for their country.

 

Just clearing up, America didn't have fear of losing to Japan lol, America didn't want another "invasion of Normandy" to happen on the beaches of Japan. We just bombed the fuck out of them to get them to surrender, rather than to invade them by land and lose a fuck load of soldiers.

Lol, I'm pretty sure Japan didn't have a nuke. I've never read it anywhere. I could be wrong, but I highly doubt it.

 

America made the nuke first and if you believe weather had something to do with why they bombed days earlier then you need to research a bit more, I'm fairly sure Japan's nuke was almost ready as well until they got hit with a bomb. Why else would a ship headed to japan be carrying Uranium?

 

Key word 'almost' in my global history class, and on the internet as far as I can see; the real reason we nuked them was to not have another Normandy type day happen, where the beach was just a blood bath. The nuke thing may have been an underlying issue. But reguardless we just wanted Japan to surrender.

lol if America did a Normandy mission America knows their consequences, why do you think they dropped a second bomb, they claimed after the first bombing they would invade with soldiers, artillery, and planes but instead dropped a second bomb because they know a Normandy mission would never work due to the Japanese culture and they know they would never give up but instead the Japanese would turn to methods the USA used, that German submarine which was taken by the USA had 560kg of uranium oxide headed for Japan. Who do you think they were getting ready to bomb. That uranium oxide may have just saved USA's ass.

The 9/11 attacks weren't carried out because of religious disagreements, but the radical form of Islam practiced by the attackers was an important source of their motivation. The kamikaze pilots of WWII attacked aircraft carriers, whereas the 9/11 hijackers attacked American buildings for the purpose of terrorism; the two events are profoundly different. You also seem to be a bit confused about the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor. Conscription had began in 1940, so those serving in the armed forces had not all "volunteered for the war kn[owing] the consequences." Further, because the U.S. was not at war with Japan when the attack occurred, the soldiers stationed there could hardly expect a preemptive strike from a county across the Pacific. I've also never heard anybody claim that 9/11 was the worst attack in human history.

Getting some uranium is not the same thing as being able to make a fully-functioning nuclear bomb. The Japanese had a nuclear program set up, but they hadn't yet conducted a successful test, and so were not on the verge of attacking us.

Supposing, however, that your claim does have merit, you're only providing another justification for the dropping of atomic bombs on Hiroshima and Nagasaki.
