Look I am able to finish The service you paid for, though a refund is not acceptable with my Terms of Services. Also mods should respect that. It was our deal we made. And it didnt include any refunds.

You do not get to just go "if you change your password, I will not do your service and not issue a refund."

You can stop the service; however, you were paid for the service and it is your responsibility is to either complete the service as promised or refund for the services incompletion

I do not think there is enough proof to require compensation on account items; however, he owes you the initial amount paid for training. Banned after refusal.
