Due to irl responsibilities, I will not be able to play for a long time. Thats why I have decided to set this maxed zerk rental up.

You can use the account for whatever purpose you like. PKing, staking or whatever you desire.

The first two persons to use my service will get a 50% reduction on the rental payment.

Renting is possible for various amounts of time.

24h / one day - 5M

72h / three days - 12M

168h / seven days - 20M

31 days / one month - 60M

longer periods also possible, pm me to find out rates.

How will the payment work?

100M + rental service payment will be deposited to a VMM for my safety.

After the confirmed deposit you will receive the login details.

The VMM may be chosen by you if you prefer so, keeping in mind he has a certain reputation on sythe.

Are you planning to put a certain amount of wealth on the account?

I will deposit the same amount of wealth as a deposit on the VMM for your safety.

Rules are simple and straightforward

1- Deposit will be returned after 24h of the rental period, in case of a (temporary) ban the deposit will be mine.

2- No attack or defence xp may be trained. Accidents may happen and thus the following will happen if you train it by accident:
1-50 xp gained - 20M from deposit will be held back
50+ xp gained - full deposit will be held back
4315 xp till next level at the moment

3- I will not log in at all during the rental period - you will be the only one with access - if you think something is wrong, you will contact me immeaditly

4- In case you lose one of my untradeables, 200% of the market price will be held back from the deposit

5- keep it fun and easy for both of us​
