I beg too differ, Hamsters are ninja ass little fellers, my little Hamtaro was the first 101st airborne hamster, quarter scale gas engine b52 bomber (he was safely inside his plastic ball filled with socks dont worry !) And he was basically Houdini in hamster form, he could escape his cage with ease by lifting the lock and also twisting open the new lock, but he still aint got the metal rod interlaced between the cage wire and door...

Cats have no respect, no remorse, only adorable when theyre little fuzzy rat lookin things, hamsters are ALWAYS fuzzy little balls of cuteness... and they're chick magnets like no other.... i like hamsters lol, guinea pigs aswell...
