I ordered 100m from Rs2Sell on Saturday, and I still have not received the cash. I didn't write down my starting cash, but I think I have only received about 30m, and this is becoming ridiculous. Yes, my account was locked, but I unlocked it since then AND told Rs2Sell, and he said he will finish the transfer. He hasn't. I still have MUCH LESS than 100m on the account, which still includes my initial cash pile.

This is absurd. I realize that I can't refund the $180 because of PayPal policies (and I don't want to), but I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE GOODS WHICH I PAID FOR.
