Halp :(

Hello. Currently I have 95 att and 99 str. I'd like the 99 str cape to be trimmed so I've decided to get 99 att. I was wondering what the best gear would be to train in to get from 95-99 att and what exactly to train on with a budget of 25m. An organized list with prices per item would be phenomenal. Thanks in advance.
