Not bad, but is the render transformed or something? Bad text, and its a bit to monotone.
But further i like the mosaic. But it is missing something.
Try practise a little.

The background is pretty cool, and some what detailed, 8.5/10. The render placement sucks soo bad, but it blends very well, 6/10. Overall I'd have to say 7.25/10.

the text isn't crash hot, try working on that, and your filtering goes well into your focal, that's a no-no esspecially considering they go onto his face which is the main focal of the spartan. you look like you know about flow, so that's good, but extrude filter = yuck

well, you'll first be wanting to download the 900 font pack, if it still lingers around here...

then you'll be wanting to look at your sig, go through your fonts and try and find a font that fits with the theme of your sig (halo sigs usually use a techno type font)
