Halo Reach Full Game Download Code [RSGP Only Please]

So, Awhile back I participated in Microsofts Preview Program in which they gave you a halo reach disc but then it stopped working so they sent Halo Reach Download Codes for the FULL game. I already have the game (I purchased it at the store) I just wanted it for free, I guess. So considering I do not need it I will be selling it for RSGP or an amazon card.
