im pretty excited for this to come out i heard that it is using the same stuff from reach which im not to excited about i wish it was all like halo 3 1-50 rank system and the BR need to return!

supprised they are coming out with this because I thought they wernt coming out with reach or the one that just recently came out unless they make a certain amount of money and they barly did only becasue of the dlc

Halo Reach made $200 million on the opening day and the Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary has sold almost 2 million copies already. They are definitely not having a money problem.

I think it will be interesting to see how 343 Studios handles the game, and hopefully they do something different. Halo 1 - Reach has become far to repetitive. I am also excited to see how the story unfolds as well.

I'm looking forward to it. I hope the leveling system is the same as Halo 1 and 2 with the 1-50. It was the only thing that got me playing.

halo 3 > reach it is only $5 at gamestop go pick it up used and try it out reach added all this crap like jet packs and sprint and all that bs and got rid of the BR and added a DMR with a bloom and it sucks and halo 3 ranks 1-50 go get it NOW there are not millions that still play it but you can still play and its fun

Halo 3 was my second favorite Halo (behind 2). Tbh they ruined it. Rank means nothing in the game, it takes no skill and the armor abilities aren't bad just armor lock. Bloom is really hard for me because I'm so used to the BR.

I don't see why people hated jet packs and sprint so much. They added atleast a little bit of depth to gameplay that had been stale for far to long.

Complexity doesn't ensure a good game my friend, balance does. Halo 3 was far more balanced than Reach, and I don't blame it for being so because of the sheer amount of variables that would have to be accounted for (flying for example). Starcraft 1, in most people's opinion's, is superior to Starcraft 2. Why? Because, Starcraft 1 had a far better element of balance, and this caused the game to be more enjoyable and removed frustration. Sure, there's Zergling rushes, but then there's also Siege Tank siege mode, and then there's carriers for the Protoss. It all evens out and makes the game enjoyable.
