Halo 3 Vidmaster Challenge Guide.

I am requesting a halo 3 vidmaster challenge guide, including how to beat legendary in ghosts with iron skull on live with 4 teamates. I've only beat one of the vidmaster challenges sofar but I'm going to get that armour I am! >_<
