Hacking with ip's provided by runescape accounts

does anyone know how to use an ip that is shown on a runescape account to hack or mess with someone?

i have the ip of a person who's been scamming for runescape money on sythe, if anyone knows how and wants to use it here it is

 

Stuff like this is not to be discussed on Sythe....ever.

There's nothing you can do with it to hack them.
the only thing you can do with it to "mess with them" is have someone initiate a DDoS attack on it.

However, it's extremely illegal internet terrorism punishable by federal law, and just overall a stupid idea.

Just leave it be, and I guess report it to a sythe Global Moderator so they can check and see if it matches a person's sythe account for a ban.
