    This is a youtuber that is asked by people to help them in someway or to stop people being so toxic online. So he basically threatens them but not in a mean way its to help the others feel better.

    Lmfao dude this guy is a pranker, not a hacker. He gets people who are close to the family to give him personal information to use to convince the target, then he just fucks with them. In this case the prank was done for good, I suppose.
