Hacked I guess - cont. again

Keep this account banned for now, I need to think on what to do here. I'll give some more information below.

Okay so my little brother is the one that made this Sythe account. I stopped playing Runescape in 2009 when they made all the new rules that ruined the game for me. Around April-May 2011, a friend on MSN needed LR and offered me Runescape GP at a really low price as he was desparate - I think 100m at $0.1/m. I remember GP being a few dollar per mil so quickly researched the price and saw it was at least .7/m. He then continued selling me GP at 0.3/m so I needed a place to sell it. My little brother told me about his Sythe so I took over. That's why there was a change in MSN from cheesus at fbi.gov to mrwhich at fbi.gov and that's where you saw the vouch thread created as I strove to sell the GP here and wanted to build a reputation in order to avoid scammers or having to sell all of it for underprice to the super trusted bulk guys. So I ended up selling 15-20bil. The price of under .4/m made me lose interest so I held on to around 6-7B. I sold most of that to Busta whenever his price would go to .4-.43/m. I sold a lot on HF as well (have an 800M vouch there in one trade - yes in the land of scammers).

Anyway, this was/is my little brother's account and mine as well you can say now I guess. He got his computer compromised as I saw my lvl 4 account with 2bil on it is untouched as well as all my emails and everything else while the main Runescape account - the password is changed as well as Sythe. And probably other account my little brother owns. I saw the hacker made a thread trying to buy bulk RSGP and put my little brother's first name in there so I guess my little brother has a RAT or keylogger of some sort.

As a result, klutcha_v2 got hacked on here and people got scammed for about 500M and the 2bil+ on the main account that was mine. He is like 14 and is broke so I'm at a loss of about $800 and others here are at a loss of about $200. If this was my fault, I would instantly pay the users back even though I don't visit this site anymore, but in this unique situation this was no fault of mine, and I am currently at a loss of ~$800 so I will have to think this situation through - so keep this account banned.

Sorry for the long story and everything but this is really turning my stomach right now as one I hate people losing money and 500M is a lot. I remember getting scammed 2147M by Gunot and it didn't affect me one bit since it was my one fault I guess - it served to motivate me instead, but when it's out of my control it seems to hurt... like I'm expected to lose $200 more on top of $800 because of my little brother being an idiot. I don't know whether to get mad at my little brother and make me pay his allowance to me for like... 2 years or just let it go and move on as he's broke and obviously didn't mean for this to happen so it would be a nightmare on him. Hmmm. Bye for now. :/ I just wanted to tell you that I wont be taking any action right now as this is difficult to process.
