Hacked. How? Keylogged?

Hey,

3 days ago my bro's rs account got hacked. Luckily he had bank pin so he only lost what he was wearing. Today he got hacked again. Same thing. I started making fun of him for getting hacked and when I tried to log in I noticed my pas was changed and my recovs removed. Now im just confuzzled. I have AVG and windows defender and they usually tell me about ANY threat but I just dont know. Does anybody have any insight into what may be happening?

Also when my bro logged in the last ip was form somewhere in AUS.

Yeah you probablly have a keylogger just do a virus scan and remove it

Well thats just it, NOTHING is picking up any kind of key loggers or anything.

Try Spybot Search and Destroy it's free and it is very good for getting keyloggers.

wow, as far as i knew AVG did a pretty good job. Is the internet security version any good? or should i just get PC-Cillin?

I would say that Adaware SE personal is also very reliable

My friend told me that he would choose Adaware over spybot ANY day, so if spybot isn't working, try adaware

I personally suggest HijackThis. It is one of the most powerful programs, but be carefull, if you don't know how to use it, you can get in big trouble.
I don't know to use it either, but my friends told me they solved all their problems useing HijackThis. Ask someone for explanation, or search

google--> HijackThis.
