Hacked & banned [more info inside]

Hello.
Few days ago my sythe account such as all runescape accounts were hacked by someone that keylogged me.
Probably the same person broke into my sythe account and posted (im quite vouched so ppls probably went into links) something keylogging.

Now i'm banned because of this.
Please check the IP's that logged into my account

account name : Falmar

i can pm my ip to mod/admin​

any chance getting it unbanned? I havent done anything wrong.

His ip (i know its behind proxys and firewalls, but thats all i have)

Can you login and see the ban screen? if so you will be simply unbanned, if not an admin will reset your password

When im trying to log in i get this message :
