i got a Hacked my gmail with my discord someone hacked my gmail and change password on my discord and sent spam link too my all friends my other freinds which near too my houuse thats contct too me and send me captures of reports and i recover my gmail and see change password requests on my gmail which capture i sent here

when i login i see my all friends sent spam link and all freinds massage me a lots of massages from servers+my al freinds
