h4x_s TWC Dispute

Hello, I have recently been given a TWC for the reason outlined by this post by dave: http://www.sythe.org/13478885-post5.html

In the skype picture, I told the scammer (tacolimeyfan) that "I got you banned" (on BattleScape), I am not here to deny that - as I did say that. I am here to say that what I said was a lie. I lied because I wanted the scammer to feel bad for his actions and I wanted him to feel how I felt when I got chargedback $120 (I was pretty angry at him too when I said what I said). I thought that by saying 'I got him banned' would be the best way to make him feel bad for his actions, but obviously it is not, and resulted in my getting a TWC.

Just so it is clear I did NOT get tacolimeyfan's account banned on BattleScape.

I have truely learnt from my mistake, and I would have been better off just not replying after he admitted he chargedback - as at that point he was almost guaranteed to be banned, the only thing replying to him did was result in me getting a TWC. I now know that I will not make the same mistake again, and I also know to control my emotions and keep conversations with my buyers to a more mature level.

I totally understand if this post does not get my TWC removed, but I truely hope it does. Also I just want to make sure that I will eventually be able to get the TWC removed by receiving vouches and earning a good reputation if this dispute is unsuccessful?

You need to get some vouches with the TWC before disputing, preferably of you being in a position of trust.
