Why was he only given a TWC? I understand the person he got banned was a scammer, but there is more to it....

If H4x is reporting Tacolimeyfan, Battlescape knows that H4x has sold him GP. They can look through H4x's bs account's tradelogs and find EVERYONE else he's sold to, as well as EVERYONE that has sold to or bought off of Tacolimeyfan. By getting Tacolimeyfan, regardless of him being a scammer, H4x has potentially put several if not dozens of other sythe users at risk of being banned on battlescape..
