Let me know what y’all think;

• Please tell us a bit about yourself.
  My name is Cedrick. I’m 6’4” in real life and I am built like a tonka truck. I like watching American football because they have players similar to my stature. I am very biased so I’ll give black peoples on the forum a little bit more freedom than the white guys.
• Why are you applying for this position and how much time are you willing to commit to moderation? I’ll be on this website daily, as soon as I finish working my food truck I’ll be on. I do have to please my wife for about an hour a day so there will be that hour after work where I am not active.
  
  
• What skills do you have which set you apart from someone else? Well I have 99 fletching, smithing and mining. I am currently working on slayer. Not sure what the other mods stats are but mine are probably better.
• Describe your contributions to the Sythe.org community.
  I am a black member and activist. I bring humor and only sometimes compassion.
• How would you like to see the Sythe.org community improve?
  We need to add more black members. We need some color on the staff team aswell. I can be Sythes chief diversity officer.
• Do you have any current or past experience in moderating any forums? If yes, where?
  Moderated on powebot during both of their tenures but who cares about the past we are talking about the future.
• Have you ever been banned in the past? If so, when and what for?
  Yes I’ve been banned, falsely if I may add. I think it was for being black but I may be wrong.

Scenarios

• One of your friends on Sythe has asked you to reverse a decision made by another staff member. What would you say in response and why?
  Only losers make friends on a virtual black market forum, so this question does not apply to me.
• You receive a private message from a user who no longer wants to be a member of Sythe and wants their posts deleted. How would you help them?
  I would tell them to log off their account and don’t come back, we don’t delete posts you coward. Most mods would be nice and polite, I say shit how it is I have no time for cowards.
• You are dealing with a report where both parties have a valid claim, which leaves you on the fence for a decision. How would you proceed?
  As much as I hate to say this I’d ask the English speaking mods for help. we would discuss it and get back to the two individuals who have valid claims, one of them getting punished for sure tho.
