Hello. This appears to be a very unfortunate circumstance. Cedrick's primary role with Reaper Services was Support Staff. His job entailed handling Tickets via Discord, as well as assigning Workers to necessary customer requests. Cedrick's Employment with Reaper Services will be terminated - effective immediately.

An equity split does not necessarily indicate a worker relationship, as it could also be an owner split. As there lack of context in the screenshot you provided, Please provide proof that he was a worker owner, or ticket manager in the team.

Thank you, this is sufficient proof Cedrick was a worker of the discord, however, you been a naughty boy, regardless, as you and Cedrick were partaking in bypassing 2 thread rule:

Attempting To Bypass the 1 Thread per Market Section Limit: You may only have one thread per market section advertising your goods, services, or platform (Discord server/website, etc) unless otherwise specified. Attempts to circumvent this limit will result in a 1 month ban and possibly a DNT in severe cases.

The punishment for this would be 1 month, This will be added on to cedrick ban, however there little more and another staff member wants to share his findings.
