    Already reported before. He was banned before because he was hacked. Please use the search option before reporting to ensure they haven't been reported before. Also IP Audit matches does not automatically mean they are the same person. That's why an IP audit is not enough sufficient evidence to report someone. You'll need more than just an IP audit match.

    To add on to this, do NOT file a report solely based on an IP audit. It is not sufficient for a ban, there needs to be more.

    Your other reports have been closed and an IP audit may be suspicious, but there are plenty of reasons an IP may overlap.
