guthan's at armoured zombies?

Ive been using guthan's at armoured zombies lately. I go to the back part where it is always empty and use supersets and then afk. I'm 99 str 86 attk 85 def. would training here be comparable in xp rates to bandits? because pots+salve ammy should be better than bandits right?

 

Yeah Salve alone is better at zombies, and combined with super sets makes it even better.

It's enchanted though right? For 20% bonuses instead of 15.

 

Also make sure youR using turmoil or peity for max xp/hr it helps alot, guthans is good for healing purposes. But for even better exp/hr use bandos, neitz, fury, dragon defender, firecape, and either a whip or rapier and you will be 2 hitting them.

 

Why would you use guthans when you have a 24/7 source of prayer, and they basically never hit anyways? It just slows down your exp and makes it so you don't have to be lazy and bank every maybe 1:30hours.

Just use good gear + super att str (repot at 10% above level) and you'll be fine.
