I am hereby opening my guthan host creation service. This means I will be creating accounts with the following stats and quests:

35 runecrafting
35 crafting
36 woodcutting
15 agility
High enough magic for me to do the quests

Haunted mine (and the pre-quest Priest in peril)
What lies below (and the pre-quest Rune mysteries)
Lost city
Vampire slayer

The service can either be done on an account you give me or I can make one myself. Most of the time I will have an account in progress or done so if you want to buy a guthan host and dont care if I made the account from the beginning I will most likely have a guthan host in stock or nearly done meaning you can buy one fairly quick.

Furthermore, I have already sold about 8 guthan hosts. If wanted I can show the vouches of those trades.

The price I am looking for per guthan host is $35 or 16M RSGP. Please keep in mind that the average profit per hour for guthan hosts is about 1M, in otherwords you'll have the 35$ back in 16 hours of hosting. The price is based off of the time it takes me to make a guthan account, which is about 11-12 hours.
