Also, I don't really have any fonts, anyone got a pack or something they can send my way?
I didn't have any ideas on what to put on the right side.. So why not an American Flag?

 

I would make a duplicate layer of the guitar and place it behind the original guitar layer.
Then use the smudge tool and smudge the duplicate layer in order to make it look a little more grungy.
I think the font color is defiantly way off, maybe try to use the same blueish color you used for the splash on the right side for the font.
It defiantly has potential, keep it up Moe

 

Guitar render looks kind of LQ.

GH Text is kind of hard to read.

Agreed with Justin. The guitar looks extremely rough. You could do better w/ a nicer looking render. Other than that, you have a nice baseline there. I have a pretty large fontpack if you want it. Hit me up if you're interested. Also, you could always just hit up dafont.
