Pardon for ban evasion I guess?

I'm not really sure how I was evading a ban and I already made a thread. But I thought about it and the only scenarios which I could think of would be that I made the account when I was at school, but I doubt that even would happen. I know my brother isn't the other guy I was "banned for evading" because of, because he doesn't even play 07. So I mean idk how I even got banned for this but w\e I just want to make another account I guess. I don't want to get banned for ban evasion or something stupid again because my IP. Maybe that other guy gleefully or w\e was using an ip changer and his ended in 139 luckily? I don't think my IP ending in 139 makes it the same IP but whatever. I just want to sell my soulsplit account.
