Gun Threatening to advertise false scams

Which violation you are reporting the user for:

Disclosure of Others' Personal Information: Posting information such as private emails/MSNs, private Skype accounts, Facebook accounts, addresses, phone numbers, private photos, etc. of someone other than yourself without explicit consent of that person will result in up to a 1 month ban regardless of whether or not the information is publicly available. If a picture was posted by its owner on Discord or Sythe, this rule still applies.

  @Gun is violating sythe's rules as he is threatening to advertise false reports against an establishment on sythe that has no active offenses related to scamming on it. Gun intends to do this as a result of a personal vendetta. Gun has not provided to my knowledge any positive evidence that has led an Admin or Moderator of Sythe to find GPCasino guilty of scamming. Also, since this discord contains my personal discord information and that of @Bert @all4love12 and other employees I believe that Gun will be publicizing information without consent of the individuals involved.

Please understand that at this time there have been no advertisements found. Although I would like to report this threat as I believe that it would be too late to wait until he has taken the action as any advertisement would potentially tarnish the reputation of @Bert's business.

 

I have not falsely advertised anything at this time, future posts may occur however that will be dependent on the outcome of my current valid report against GP Casino and @Bert . You are attempting to stretch this EXTREMELY far based on a troll post in the Spam Forum. This is not a good representation of GP Casino's professionalism.

 

Your heated argument between yourself and Bert leads me to believe that you will be compromising the representation of the establishment with false claims on google. You yourself made this threat. I don't care if it is considered spam forum; I believe it should be addressed. It doesn't matter what the outcome of this report is, I believed that you were about to wrongfully shame a legitimate sythe user publicly and I responded with a report.

We'll let the mods handle it.

 

Additionally this report would need to come from Bert, not yourself. Please read the RAS sections rules and templates before posting a report and wasting staff time.

 

I am a rank within the establishment; meaning that you are not only tarnishing @Bert's reputation but mine as well within the business. Therefore I believe I can report you if I see necessary.

 

You are quoting discord (spam forum), everything he said is fine as long as it stays in discord (spam forum). If you have legitimate proof he is intentionally ruining your business on- and/or offsite (non-spam threads, reviews, 'google tags', etc.) feel free to open a new report and we'll deal with it.
