DICING NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED. @Hello its me @Pvtel

Let me just start off by saying this is pathetic and you staff members have to step the fuck up and do something about it.

Dicing rule states you are not allowed to GAMBLE ANYONE with outstanding debts. This is a rule put in place to prevent scamming.

@Hello Its Me last night lost $20 to Simple Stake asked him to do double or nothing, he refused and then he logged off and didnt pay @simple stake.

This morning, still with a 20 dice bet. Still does not pay him and asks to dice me. I tell him pay your debts.

Then he diced @Qaztez and looses 70 dollars and Qaztec says this in the discord:

@SPM322 he owes me $70 but im waiting til he gets BTC. He could do pp which is what we agreed on.

So at this point @Hello Its Me is in debt 90 dollars. Then he goes and dices with debts still Vs @Aklan and @veng and wins money and still has debts. This is not fucking acceptable. You guys put the rules in place for a reason he is no exception.

NOW LET US RELATE THIS TO MY SITUATION YOU SJ. @PVTEL quoted and rolled my 250m 07 dice in the donor lounge and rolled a 39, I roll and hit a 42 and win. He has an oustanding debt he didnt pay so he says the roll didnt count and he didnt have to pay 250m 07. Trust me he wouldnt say that if he had rolled a 100. By THESE STANDARDS Wouldn't @Hello Its Me not have to pay @Qaztec his 70 dollars? He had an outstanding debt and lost more? Same shit @PVTEL did? This is THE EXACT SAME FUCKING situation except a different lumpsum of money. I believe the staff memberd are being unfair about it. Pvtel is not allowed to dice at all but I believe he still owes me 250m 07. This is a very valid argument I am making here and I urge the staff members to stop being so lazy and step up.

@Hello Its Me also should get in trouble for dicicing with oustabding debts and breaking rules and staff members should step up. @Qaztec will get his 70 dollars but I believe I should get my 250m 07.

I want some insightful people to give me there input as I know they are intelligent and will have something to say

Let the record state that @video first said the 250m 07 roll was valid but the same minute someone in the discord mentioned Shin said it was invalid he changed his mine and said "I agree with whatever Shin says". This is really unfair and I am getting cucked to the max. Dicing needs to be addressed.

@Hello Its Me you been banned before for not paying out just fyi you have not learned your lesson.

Hey im posting on behalf off @Hello Its Me (he didnt ask me or anything) yes he had a 20m debt last night but the thing is hes an idiot who likes to get drunk at stupid times.

Hello its me was banned for owing me money but he did warn me that he was going to take time paying prior to the dice due to personal problems im not going to be saying so i believe thats fair. The only reason i reported him was because he was not replying for a while and i regret reporting him. Hes paid me and other members such as excelont Thousands of $s without any issues.

As for what happened between you and @PVTEL could you explain what happened? not really sure what happened between you 2.

IMO if you dont like the way sythe dicing goes just stay away from it or use a MM to prevent any issues.

I had a 250 vs 250 07 dice on my thread. He quoted it and rolled a 39. I roll a 42. He had an outstanding debt of 30m 07 at the time and when he lost he said it is void because he had outstanding debt. Shin ruled that the 250m 07 did not count. Even though it should have. Not my problrm he had an outstanding debt. It is like Hello its me can say that the 70m he lost to qazteck is void because he still has a 20 dollar oustanding debt.

Okay personally i believe that you should be paid then and @PVTEL should be banned from dicing. Thats just my opinion i doubt it matters tho.

I know that it sucks to be scammed. But I always pay my debts and you don't even know when I paid them back. So please use someone else as an example instead of trying to shame my name.

 

I know I just used you to make a point man. It does suck I got scammed because if I would have lost I would of had to pay out 250m 07. I am not name shaming but you did bend the rules.

 

I am bending the rules since people trust me enough to pay them out 20$, since I paid out 1000's before. I agree that I did bend the rules and it might seem sketchy to you, but it ain't in my case.

 

@Hello Its Me Paid off his debts before he played other games this morning. He sent me $25 btc ($5 extra for tardiness), then proceeded to dice other users.

As for @PVTEL he should be held accountable for his dicing. IF he called a bet and lost, he must pay, regardless of anything. Just my opinion.

 

@SPM322 that dice was considered void.

The 250m dice you did does not matter.

It has no relation.

Regarding @Hello Its Me, anyone he dices can report him for not paying out. However they choose not to due to them knowing that he will most likely payout as soon as he can.

If simple stake reported him, i would have temp banned him until he paid out. It's simple.

Excelont replied to everything you addressed in OP so I'm not sure what else you want.

I guess I'll repeat the things we've been telling you.

If someone dices in the future with outstanding debts, reports are valid but we will not be aware UNLESS you report them at the time they are happening. There's nothing for staff to stand up to unless you report these things. We aren't omnipresent. Regarding your bet with PVTEL, it will remain void so continuing to make threads about it won't change anything.

PVTEL received a forum ban for not reading the rules prior to partaking in bets in dicing.

Anyone else who fails to read and follow the rules will also receive a forum ban. You cannot dice with outstanding debts.

@Hello Its Me I understand your friends/whoever they are trust you and continue to bet you anyway when you have smaller debt, however, please don't do so in the forums where rules say you are not allowed. It just causes problems and makes it look like staff are picking & choosing people to support. We make decisions based on the rules and if it looks like you are breaking them, you will be appropriately banned.

That goes for anyone else as well. Pay out your debts before you dice more. That's all there is to it.
