He has not refunded me. His ban was meant to be lifted upon my refund, however it's been nearly a month.

 

At this point I believe he has to pardon upon refunding. Not very smart on his end.

The behind the scenes that none of you were told is that I haven't even been available since my FIRST offer to refund via cash on the spot, which he declined. Or the second offer that he then came to claim 2 weeks later while I was on vacation. I don't know about many of you but after working 17 hours a day 7 days a week for all of April, May and half of June I wasn't about to drive 5 hours home while on vacation just to send him BTC or buy him gold. Amazes me how people take every bit of info at face value.
