i mean ban them at least for a while instead of giving them DNT since pps is one of the biggest scammers in RS history and rswap also scammed north of 1b 07

ihq should just be perm banned without any possibility of dnt he's a long time piece of shit

yeh definitely wont happen. DNT is Richs new play toy. They'd just vade either way.

realistically ihq and pps are worse than sept so i see no reason why they shouldn't be banned and stay banned

rswap is only a market user so if you dnt him he's just going to vade it and end up banned anyways
