Guineapigcal = Scammer

I went first for a mems pin, agreed on $2.50 paypal as gift. I went first as he is an apprentice and has quite a few vouches, thought he wouldnt scam $2.50 but i guess he is poor irl or something, ha >.>.

EDIT: he has now removed the msn link to try pretend it wasnt his msn but if you look at the first picture, it shows that he had that msn on his sythe account when he scammed me, it wasnt an imposter, it WAS him. :/

 

He should be banned? he's lieing about the msn thing, there is proof he had it set as his msn and if he was a thing to say he would pm then he is the dumbest fucker ever. Pay it back or he shud be banned?
