T717117 & Rangers0wn7129 Fake Vouching

Made a reported post on this a while ago but its been a while so I figured i'd just make a normal report.

T71 claiming the bug was "purchased" meaning a transaction was involved:

Rangers0wn7129 claiming he bought it for 50b Ikov:

Rangers0wn was questioned about why he purchased it for 50b and was selling it for a fraction, and admitted that he didn't actually pay for it, hence he not only fake vouched for T71 but T71 willingly accepted said fake vouch by claiming the bug was "purchased" from him when it was given in exchange for a vouch.

As you can see Rangers0wn is trying to claim it's all on T71 and he's making the transaction up, but Rangers himself very clearly stated he purchased it for 50b which he didn't. They're both liars and deserve le temp ban / TWC for fake vouching.
