    Do they reply you with a email which ask you to login to in to RS? If then watchout for phishers. We have no clue whether this is JagEx's email.

    No it isn't a phishers email. This is a well known email address to contact jagex in account unbans.

    But still you should always scan/research any link you're not sure about.

    Just put in an attempt for my maxed cvls pure. Hopfully should get it back soon.

    Tried this like a year ago, worked once, second time it didn't work.
    What you can try is check the "account review thread".
