    Sad some poeple are posting pictures of others, which is totaly gay and showin how geeky you are. Anyway, the best way to get your arms strong is to use drumbels and to do curlups. Pushups and curlups are for your abs and such. I have a gym in my home and i work out 10 times a week atleast. I usually practice stamina. I dont do weight lifting much. Just run like 1KM a day on my jogging machine.

    Mate. Your muscles needs at least 48 hours of resting after each gym visit. MINIMUM, so i'd recommend you to stop doing that :embar:

    These will get you stronger, but not bigger. I suggest going to a gym and lifting weights.

    Would these work ?

    Do exercises then eat dinner
    Drink protein milk ( all or half? ) and then do exercises
