Guide: Telling If Someone is a Scammer/Vader

1. Always check their sig - if they have a '1337' or 'Pro' C4D sig or if they have some kind of statistic about scammers.

2. Grammar, if they have terrible grammar - they're probably a scammer.

3. If they joined in June 2012 but are asking where Pen has been - they're probably a vader.
