Well you've come to the right place!
To get started You'll need this list of supplies.
200 trout/salmon
Iron platebody
Iron legs
Iron Full helm
Iron Kite (optional)
iron scim
steel scim
black scim
mith scim
addy scim
rune scim
First off, take your pure to edgeville.
First, go to the level 2 men house above the bank.
Kill the lvl 2 men until you have 20 str.
Next, kill lvl 2 men until 5 attack.
Now, next you need 30 str and 10 attack.
You can get these stats by pking or killing lvl 2 men or monks.
Now, you need to take out your black scim and go to the security stronghold.
Go kill minateors until 40 str and 20 attack.
There good at exp, lvl 12 and don't hit too high, lvl 5 and 12 goblins are good too though.
Now you need to get 50 str and 40 attack.
You can train or you can pk.
I would recommend pking until 45 str and 30 attack and then training.
Once you have 50 str and 40 attack you are an f2p pure!!!
Give yourself a pat on the back.
Now get this-
Full iron
rune scim
rune 2h
str pots
lobs
Now go to edgeville and start pking.
Use your rune scim and when your opponent gets low use your rune 2h spec.
Keep doing this until the kill.
Now, if you decide you want to go g mauler, get 50 attack and then go read g maul's guide.
