I gotta tell you, if there's anybody that knows how to lie, that's me. I 've done it numerous times and it's very easy. You don't have to follow any rules, just some tips that are very useful. These tips will make your lies more believable and you more trustworthy

TIP 1:

NEVER, I repeat, NEVER, look down when you're about to tell a lie, it's widely known that this is one of the characteristics about lying and it instantly betrays you. You'de better whatch that out.

TIP 2:

You should not have your arms crossed. This shows insecurity about your facts and makes you look more anxious.

TIP 3:

Do not blink fast. When you lie you blink faster than normal which shows how nervous you are. This is controllable, all you have to do is, when you blink, keep your eyes closed more time than normal and then open them slower. After that it would be very difficul to blink them normally and you will be more relaxed.

TIP 4:

Do not play with your fingers. When you do that the listener will understand you don't base on real facts and you're really nervous about that. Leave your fingers as they would normally be when you don't use them.

TIP 5:

It is not bad to have your hands in your pockets. It doesn't show anything and in fact it's something most people do.

TIP 6:

DO NOT look elsewhere. Look directly at the people you're talking to, not the wall or the ceiling or anything else. This is important.

TIP 7:

You might wanna do something else whilst talking, for example bent over and tie your sholace. As you do this continue to talk normally and beware not to do anything nervous. This activity shows you are not really concerned about the subject you're talking as you are telling the truth and you have nothing to hide.

TIP 8:

Do not move fast any part of your body. Raising your arm fast, nodding fast, walking fast are all factors of lying. It's important that you don't do that.

TIP 9:

Talk slowly and smoothly. If you talk fast and miss a word or a letter the listener will understand something is wrong. There is no need to rush, say what you have to say slowly and pronounce every word clear.

TIP 10:

Talk firmly and loud. Your voice should not tremble and lighten or you might get caught.

TIP 11:

Be confident! Do not base on the "what if..." sentence. They will not get you, they will not understand you're lying, they will believe you!



That's all you have to know when you are lying. Follow these little tips and your life will become easier!
