Hi, I'm currently interested in selling my method/guide on how to change your IP/PID priority.

Im not sure how one would've done this, I'm currently searching, endlessly, and the only solution I came up with is you must have made some sort of agreement with your ISP. How did the hostname change??

 

I don't get this, at all.

 

Unlike resetting your router or using a VPN, he can change his external IP to his hearts content and to whatever numbers he wants to put on the third and fourth group. If you don't understand the 07scape pid system you might not understand what OP is trying to get at either.
