Bring 150+ purple sweets, and fill up rest of your inventory with super restores (4).

 

you can try barraging the whole thing (not suggested you try unless you have 50k+ barrages)

 

just use guthans on the harder ones and fire wave or guthix glaws on the easy ones or guthans the hole way threw
