/-Complete Barrows Guide-\
OK just to start I may be new to this forum and scripting, but just because I'm labeled leecher doesn't mean you should skip this guide. In fact I'm a very skilled player but I don't have scripting skills. So please read along and leave comments!
--Table of Contents--
-Requirements!
-Preparation!
-How to get there!
-Fighting The Brothers!
-The Tunnel!
/-Preparation-\
OK now your going to need skill to defeat the 6 brothers. This is no easy task! So lets go over what you need to do.
Quests:
OK you MUST have done Priest in Peril
MUST have started Nature Spirit
Skills:
High Strength, Attack, Magic, Range Is HIGHLY Recommended!
Minimum requirements in my opinion are:
--60 Attack
--60 Strength
--55 Slayer (Optional Read Below)
--50 Range and Magic
--40 Defense
--At least 43 prayer ABSOLUTE MUST
If you don't meet those requirements I don't suggest doing Barrows.
Inventory:
Alright now here is what i bring. Obviously replace what I have with what your able to wear Ex: Black D-Hide to Red if you don't have 70 range.
NOTE: It is absolutely critical that you bring a spade!
Inventory (Left):
-200 Blood or Death Runes and All other runes you may need to cast whatever spell your using
-A set of Ranging gear (D-hide works great)
-A good set of melee armor (Rune and Above will do)
-Magic Bow
-5 Prayer Potions (4)
-Rune defender (Optional)
-12 Monk fish or Shark
-Spade
-Law Rune or Tele-Tab
Worn Inventory (Right):
-Farseer Helm (Mystic Hat works too)
-Slayer Staff (Or elemental staff of any type)
-Rune Kite
-Combat bracelet
-Ring of Life
-Mystic Robe Top and Bottom
-Obsidian, Skill, or Legends Cape
-Any Boots
-Ammy of Glory
-50+ Mith and above arrows
OK now you’re ready!
/-How to get there-\
Alright now heres your choices
NOTE: The cyan and yellow path requires the completion of In Search of Myreque.
/-Fighting The Brothers-\
OK now here comes the work. Now that your there and prepared its time to rock!
NOTE: Tip.it had a great image I decided to show you
OK now this is the map of the 6 mounds you will see. To get inside the mound you must dig with your spade.
Important Note: You can leave or logout at any time and this will not reset
So let’s go over the fight and kill order.
Before I continue I would like to add some people may use Slayer to accomplish Barrows.
Slayer: At 55 slayer and 50 Magic you can use an accurate attack that does high damage against the barrow brothers due to their low magic defense. This spell can be used with melee armor as long as you manage to keep it above -20. Guthans armor works well with this spell and is great for the guthans fight.
The following are in the order you kill them, along with how you fight them:
1. Dharok The Wretched (Lvl 115) - OK now this guy is impossible without prayer. He can 2-Shot any player in the game. It is know that he hits 61's without Protect From Melee. Dig on the mound and search the coffin. One of two things will happen. It will spawn him or say you have found a tunnel. If you found a tunnel DO NOT enter and exit the tomb. If he spawns Protect From Melee and burn him down with Mage. Be super careful about your prayer points! All of the barrows brothers drain your prayer! Your prayer could go from 20 to 0 in 1 second! Keep it up with pots. When he gets low health MAKE SURE he is dead before you turn off prayer. Sometimes if you see his health bar all red he could still have 1 hp left. Below 10% health he will hit a max of 61 very easily. OK gratz you killed the first brother.
2. Verac the Defiled (Lvl 115) This fight is medium once again. Make sure you pot your prayer to full or close to it. Enter the tomb with your spade. Search the coffin. Once again if you find a tunnel leave it and go upstairs and continue with step 3. If he spawns Protect From Melee. You will once again use Mage to kill this brother. You may notice he might hit through your protect from melee as it is his special attack. just eat when you need to.
3. Karil the Tainted (Lvl 98) This fight is Hard. Karil can be a pain. OK drop in with your spade. Same goes for if you find a tunnel. When Karil spawns protect from range and use Melee to burn him down. He is very weak against slash attack so swords, whips, and dds are highly recommended for this fight. He will hit you regardless of prayer so watch your hit points and prayer.
4. Guthan the Infested (Lvl 115) This fight is Hard. OK guthan is tough. Same rule applies for the tunnel. He is weak to mage but if you wear robes, every hit will heal him if you see blood come out of your body. So here you can Melee though it is slow or alternatively you can mage him BUT make sure you wear melee gear and a slayer staff and keep your mage above -20 using slayer dart to defeat him (You need 55 slayer for that method see above section). For Prayer start off by conserving it unless he starts hitting you a lot.
5. Torag the Corrupted (Lvl 115) This fight is Easy, easiest of the brothers. Same rule with tunnel. For this fight DO NOT pray. Save your prayer. He hits very in-frequently and is weak. Although sometimes he may hit you just eat.
6. Ahrim the Blighted (Lvl 98) This Fight is Medium. To defeat him protect from magic and use Range to defeat him. He goes down quick but hits hard.
OK now you noticed one of the brothers was not in his tomb! That is were we go into the final part of this guide. The Tunnel.
/-The Tunnel-\
Alright, this is a frustrating part of Barrows. OK now go back to the tomb of the coffin that had the tunnel in it. This time enter it. Now you have NO MINIMAP so put on run and keep opening doors until your last barrows brother spawns next to you. Now the worst case scenario is you get Karil or Dharok in your tunnel. Since you maybe be low on prayer it will be tough. Use the same way to kill them as I explained above. Once you kill them you have to keep wandering around till one door gives you a puzzle to solve. The puzzle is randomized so solve it. They are pretty easy but once you get it continue through the door and through the next one too. You will find a chest in the middle. If you haven't killed all 6 brothers you will have a close to nothing chance of getting a barrows item! Open it and search the chest.
CONGRATULATIONS YOU JUST COMPLETED BARROWS!

This guide is completely mine with one exception of the picture that displays the mounds which i got from Tip.it***
